Neka Kirtley was born in Sonoma County, California where she was raised. She lived in Sonoma County  until 2006. Which is when she moved to Solano County to be closer to her  two son's who live with their dad. She moved to Mendocino County in 2008 and then to Lake County, CA where she still resides.

On November 28, 2000 Neka Kirtley became an ordained minister. She is a firm believer that every person has the natural right (and the responsibility) to peacefully determine what is right. She is an advocate of religious freedom. She does not and will not push any religion on anyone. She will not preach to you or speak the gospel or God's Word. Your beliefs are yours, not hers; and it is not up to her to decide what your beliefs are, it is up to you. Neka specialize's mainly Vows of Love, and Weddings; however, she can also do blessings, funerals, and more. She understands the importance of choosing the right minister to portray your true innermost feelings. Religious, non-religious, traditional, non-traditional. You and Neka will personalize your ceremony to fit your beliefs, and personal needs.
